Cancelation Policy

• Cancellations within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up time are billable at 100% of the estimated charges. • Cancellations made between 2-24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are billable at 20% of the estimated charges. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are 100% refundable. • Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the estimated charge including the 20% service fee. • Reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not affect the estimated charges.
