WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE/NO SHOW POLICY?
Cancellations:
Cancellations within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up time are billable at 100% of the estimated charges.
Cancellations made between 2-24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are billable at 20% of the estimated charges.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are 100% refundable.
No Show:
No-show is billable at 50% of the estimated charges.
Reschedule:
Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the estimated charge including the 20% service fee.
Reschedules made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not affect the estimated charges.
